Conditions we treat:

  • Pregnancy/early postnatal pain symptoms and childbirth preparation

    • (e.g. back, pelvic girdle pain including sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain, coccyx pain, pubic bone pain (symphysis pubis dysfunction or SPD), (wrist pain - carpal tunnel syndrome, DeQuervains tenosynovitis), scar pain

  • Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and postnatal recovery following a vaginal or caesarean birth

  • Diastasis rectus (DRAM or abdominal muscle separation)
